Refund and return policy
At Misa Kurti, we care about your satisfaction and do our best to ensure that every product is well-made, carefully packed, and delivered as described. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and related concerns in a clear and honest manner.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only under specific and genuine conditions. A return may be possible if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is damaged or defective when received.
- You received a different size or style than what you ordered.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Wrong size selected by the customer.
- Items on sale, discount, or customized as per your request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unwashed.
- Be in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Be reported within 48 hours of delivery in case of damage or defect.
- Be requested for return within 7 days of receiving the order.
Returns requested after 7 days or without proper reason/evidence (photos/videos) will not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email or message us through the Contact Us page with your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
- Once your return request is reviewed, we will notify you if it is approved or rejected.
If approved, we will share return instructions. In some cases, customers may be asked to ship the product back at their own cost, especially in remote areas or when courier pickup isn’t available.
Refund Policy
We issue refunds only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may issue refunds via bank transfer or provide store credit.
Shipping and COD charges (if paid) are not refundable, unless the error was on our side (e.g., wrong item sent).
Important Notes
- Color and fabric variation: Minor differences in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or lighting. These are not treated as defects.
- Size issues: We encourage customers to check the size chart carefully before placing an order. Returns for size issues will not be accepted if the correct size was shipped as ordered.
- One-time use & hygiene: Since kurtis are clothing items, used or worn garments will not be accepted for return, under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
